A new special awareness project has been developed to coincide World Mental Health Day (October 10th)
"Don't underestimate Differences & Mental Health" is the new awareness project with my awareness initiative "Plus Value Awareness". It is aimed for society to be more aware of how the human aspects of mental health can cause an impact on independent young people and adults with a family of invisible difficulties.
Mental Health is an ever increasing issue to society & the world. However how mental health affecting invisible difficulties can be easily undermined and disbelieved.
The project features explore through different subject areas. This includes examples of attitudes, compromising dangers through to Sustainable Solutions
This is presented into eight sections & features a pictorial icon to make it easy to navigate each features using a colour coded pictorial illustration.
As well as being featured online marketing posters have been developed for potential marketing of this project.
This project is planned to expand further in the future. Including target versions specifically for the general public and for invisible difficulties presented as an information bite-size guides onto leaflets, foldout flyers and online. Also, a PowerPoint presentation to be developed for potential training and detailed documents for more detailed insight. Both documents are potential services to business, communities and organisations in the future.
Note:
Invisible Difficulties is related to independent people who have a high amount of intelligence but live with a number of difficulties which is not obvious to the eye. The initiative features issues affecting individuals with Autism (moderate level), Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyspraxia and Social Anxiety,
